I was having trouble with my water pressure and thought I needed a new pressure tank after being told so by a couple of other people. I even bought a new tank but couldn’t get the PVC connector loose to install it. That’s when I called Chase & Sons Plumbing. Frank came by to take a look and, after checking things out, he explained that the real problem was probably the pressure switch, not the tank itself. He didn’t try to sell me anything extra or push me to use the new tank I had already bought. Frank even showed me how simple it would be to put in a new pressure switch. After I switched out the pressure switch and set the tank pressure right, some rust got loose inside the pipes. My water turned orange and cloudy, and the flow in my kitchen and bathroom sinks slowed way down. I called Frank again and told him what happened. Over the phone, he said it was likely just rust blocking the sink aerators. Sure enough, once I cleaned those out, everything worked great again. Frank was honest, straightforward, and helpful throughout the whole process. If you need a reliable plumber for any problem, I definitely recommend reaching out to this team.

From start to finish, the service was excellent. Our water heater stopped working one night, and the next day, they arrived even earlier than we expected, which was a great relief. Curtis and his coworker were very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions. When they were ready to install the new water heater, they noticed that the platform underneath it was unstable. They allowed us to have a family member repair the area, making sure the new water heater would be safely supported. The plumbers worked efficiently and kept everything clean during the job. After finishing, they took time to explain how everything worked and made sure we understood the new setup. The office staff, especially the person who handled our calls, was incredibly helpful and patient. She kept us updated throughout the process and was always kind, never sounding rushed or annoyed. The plumbers did an excellent job finding and fixing my water leak. They carefully checked all the pipes and explained everything before starting the repair. Even though the main water line needed to be replaced, they made sure to do the work in the most cost-effective way possible. Santiago and Blake were always on time, calling ahead before they arrived each day to make sure someone was home. The new main line was installed with great skill, and now I feel much more confident about my plumbing. The whole experience was smooth, and I’m very happy with the results.
